Conference Attendee List
- A conference attendee list will be emailed to all exhibitors approximately one week before the conference
Exhibit Booth Detail
- 10 foot by 10 foot booth, standard piping & draping
- 6 foot table, skirted tablecloth; with 2 chairs

Booth Staff / Organization Representatives
- two representatives are included the exhibitor package
- these 2 individuals may attend conference sessions
- each additional individual must pay the fee of :
- $75 for meal functions on May 18 & 19
- Conference registration fees to attend sessions

- Thursday, May 19, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
- 7:30 am - 8:30 am: Breakfast
- Noon - 1:00 pm: Lunch
Booth Set Up & Break Down
- Set Up: Wednesday, May 18, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Break Down: Thursday, May 19, 3:00 pm
Shipping Address
If you plan to ship materials, please ship to arrive no earlier than 5 days prior to the conference.
Outgoing shipments will go out May 20, 2022 from We-Ko-Pa shipping dock.
Exhibitors should prepare return shipping labels-either FedEx or UPS (both pick up/drop off daily)
