What to Expect After Submitting RSVP Form
After submitting your RSVP Form:
AzLA will complete the Conference registrations for the Vendor Representatives.
If applicable, AzLA will send you an invoice for:
Your Vendor Participation Package
Additional Vendor Representatives
Leading up to the Conference, AzLA will be in touch regarding planning updates.
Onsite, we are looking forward to implementing new experiences for all --- from the onsite registration process, to the Virtual Experience Room, to the inaugural Exclusive Marketplace Connection!
What to Expect Onsite
What Will the Room Look Like?
The Connection Events will be in the same place as the expo hall in previous years.
Instead of booths - Vendors & Provider Decision-Makers will meet at 6-foot rectangular tables.
The tables will be assigned onsite to each Vendor Organization using table-top stanchions (like reserved signs at the Awards Luncheon.)
The Tables will line the perimeter of the room.
Round tables will be set up close by for meals, the reception, and networking opportunities.
What Will My Table Look Like?
Each table will have hotel tablecloth & skirting, 2 chairs on one side for the Vendor Reps, and 2 chairs on the other side for Provider Decision-Makers.
There will be NO electricity available for each table.
We want to keep the table settings simple – this is not an exhibit hall, not the place for flashy tablecloths or signs that may obstruct the view of the person across the table.
It is advised to keep your table clear of distractions. All you may need on your table are your business cards, and marketing material. (Keep in mind, we will be pre-stuffing attendee bags with vendor gifts and marketing material items sent to us by May 3.)
Not permitted:
Floor signs
Custom tablecloths
Monitors
Items on your table higher than 12 inches
Cardboard boxes in view - on, or near your table
Any other items on the floor near your table
What Will the Atmosphere Be?
This simple format and landscape allows for intimate, one-on-one, focused conversations.
The time of the Exclusive Marketplace Connection is limited. The emphasis will be on the cultivation of the Connection of vendors and decision-makers.
Much like speed-dating, this is an opportunity for vendors and decision-makers to “interview” each other; vendors learning of decision-makers needs, and decision-makers learning of possible solutions to their everyday needs.
