This session will go over best practices, documents, and how to document when faced with a liability situation. This session will suggest some guidance on verbal communication in addressing concerns and the conversation that happens when a concern is first brought up and guide to the next steps. This session will also address how to address allocation of resources to COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 residents that can be seen or addressed as a slip in services.
