Arizona LeadingAge Advocacy
Arizona LeadingAge is a trade association that advocates for public policies that remove barriers to care, develop new services, improve fair reimbursement and make Arizona a great place to grow old. Arizona LeadingAge tracks legislation and regulatory updates to make sure that policy makers understand how changes will impact our members and the older people they serve.
Our members work as advocates, educating and motivating legislators and other policymakers to do the right thing for the right reasons.
Our advocacy efforts are led by our Lobbyist, Mr. Don Isaacson, from Isaacson & Walsh, PC, and our PGA (Policy & Governmental Affairs) Committee Chair, Ms. Michelle Just, CEO of Beatitudes Campus.
As a tool for our membership, Arizona LeadingAge has established a PAC (Political Action Committee). Go here for more info about the recently formed Arizona LeadingAge PAC.
It is critical to Arizona LeadingAge that its members, employees and seniors participate in the political process. The easiest way to participate is to communicate with your elected leaders. Click here to find legislators.
