| Ms. Jaime Roberts Chief Executive Officer Jaime Roberts brings over two decades of dedicated experience in senior living to her role as the Chief Executive Officer of Arizona LeadingAge. Her unwavering passion for enriching the lives of older adults has been a driving force throughout her remarkable career. Jaime holds a Master's in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Applied Gerontology from the University of North Texas. Her academic background reflects a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of the aging population. Even during her high school years, Jaime discovered her calling by actively engaging with older adults. This early exposure set the foundation for her lifelong commitment to improving the quality of life for seniors. | Ms. Gemenie Babb Director of Membership Ms. Babb was promoted to the position of Director of Membership in August of 2019. She previously served as the Association's Office Manager. Prior to her time with Arizona LeadingAge, she worked for the National Speakers Association as their Membership Coordinator for 12 years as well as for other non-profit groups. Ms. Babb is a valuable member of the office team and enjoys serving our members. |
| Ms. Kelsie Lane Director of Education Ms. Lane is a licensed Master Social Worker with a certificate in Gerontology and as a Certified Nonprofit Professional. She has a passion for serving the senior population. Her passion started through volunteering in activities at a not-for-profit Life Plan Community and has continued through many roles as a server, unit clerk, and dietary aide within the same provider community. |
