Arizona LeadingAge is offering the full 40-hour Assisted Living Manager Training Program. Classes are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day. Successful students will then be able to complete their application to the NCIA Board for their license and take the Arizona Assisted Living Manager Exam for state certification.

Application Criteria

Pre-requisite for the Assisted Living Manager Training program is to have a valid form of ID, a copy of your Social Security card, an Arizona Caregiver Certificate obtained after August 2013 (unless you are licensed in Arizona as an MD, DO, RN, LPN, or Arizona Nursing Care Institution Administrator), a valid fingerprint clearance card, and a CPR/First Aid Card.

Assisted Living Manager Training Program Structure

• Application: Complete the event application.

*Applications will be processed Monday - Friday 9 AM - 3 PM*

• Step One: Submit the registration packet with additional documents prior to check-in.
• Step Two: Attend, study, and complete the curriculum.
• Step Three: Arizona LeadingAge will register the individual for the State Exam.
• Step Four: Take the state exam and pass!
