ABOUT THE SESSION:

Join Arizona LeadingAge for this informative seminar on working with older adults and their families after the holiday season. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow colleagues and come together as a community of social services and spiritual staff who are passionate about working with older adults. Each session will offer the opportunity to expand and build on skills with immediate application in the attendee's community. This seminar will explore topics of substance abuse & addiction, suicide, trauma, and elder abuse & neglect

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Administrators and Assisted Living Managers (NCIA): The following course has been approved for 5 hours of continuing education for Administrators and Assisted Living Managers.
Social Workers (NASW): The following course has been approved for 4 hours of continuing education for Social Workers.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Registrations are fully transferable. Transfers must be submitted via email Kelsie Lane no later than 48 hours prior to the session.
A full refund will be given to all cancellations received 10 or more business days prior to the program.
A $30 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations received six to nine business days prior to the program.
No refunds will be given to cancellations received five or fewer business days prior to the program.
Arizona LeadingAge reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment in which case pre-registered participants will be notified and full refunds provided.
No-shows will be billed. No refunds for failure to log-in at the time of the event.
