Exciting Changes for 2027!

Based on your feedback, we’re making a few exciting changes to enhance the exhibitor experience in 2027!

Our expo hall will move to the Acacia Ballroom, the space previously used for the keynote. This change will provide more seating for attendees to relax, connect, and network right in the expo hall.

To make room for more exhibit tables and create a more open, engaging atmosphere, we’ve removed the pipe and drape to encourage energy, interaction, and connection!

Each exhibit space will include:

• One 6-foot table
• Two chairs

Expo spaces will be assigned closer to the conference based on priority levels and payment dates. Please note that the current expo hall layout is a draft and may change as we finalize details with the hotel and confirm exhibitor space sales.
