Arizona CNA, LNA, DCW to Caregiver Bridge Program

For the CNA, LNA, DCW-Caregiver Bridge program, the cost of the program is $175 for Members of Arizona LeadingAge and $225 for Non-Members including the $65 testing fee and $50 program registration fee.

A student price is available to those that submit a valid course schedule.

The total required training hours for individuals is 16 hours.

Arizona LeadingAge offers tracks in partnership with Saliba's Pharmacy and PharmcareUSA.

Application Criteria

Pre-requisite for the CNA/DCW-Caregiver Bridge program is to have a valid form of ID, a copy of your Social Security card, and a valid CNA/DCW license in the state of Arizona, a valid fingerprint clearance card, and an Arizona food handler's card.

Caregiver Bridge Program Structure

Application: Complete the event application.

*See below. Applications will be processed Monday - Friday 9 AM - 3 PM*

Step One: Submit the registration packet with additional documents.
Step Two: Attend, study, and complete the medication curriculum.
Step Three: Arizona LeadingAge will register the individual for the State Exam.
Step Four: Take the state exam and pass!

Caregiver Bridge Program Schedule

Why would a CNA, LNA, or DCW want to become a Caregiver?

Not only are caregivers in high demand, caregivers can eventually become Assisted Living Manager.

Cancellation & No-Shows

A full refund will be given to all cancellations received 10 or more business days prior to the program.
A $25 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations received six to nine business days prior to the program.
No refunds will be given to cancellations received five or fewer business days prior to the program.
Arizona LeadingAge reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment in which case pre-registered participants will be notified and credits will be applied to that individuals account.
No-shows will be billed. No refunds for failure to show up at the time of the event.
