Arizona CNA, LNA, DCW to Caregiver Bridge Program
For the CNA, LNA, DCW-Caregiver Bridge program, the cost of the program is $150 for Members of Arizona LeadingAge and $225 for Non-Members including the $65 testing fee and $50 program registration fee. If you an Employee Partner or interested in becoming an employee partner with AHCA WORKS, please indicate on the application. A student price is available to those that submit a valid course schedule. |
The total required training hours for individuals is 16 hours.
Arizona LeadingAge offers tracks on a rotating basis in partnership with Saliba's Pharmacy and PharmcareUSA.
Application Criteria Pre-requisite for the CNA/DCW-Caregiver Bridge program is to have a valid form of ID, a copy of your Social Security card, and a valid CNA/DCW license in the state of Arizona, a valid fingerprint clearance card, and an Arizona food handler's card.
