Arizona Assisted Living Manager Training Program
For the Assisted Living Manager Training program, the cost of the program is $500 for Members of Arizona LeadingAge and $650 for Non-Members including the program registration fee. The $125 testing fee is not included in registration. A student price is available to those that submit a valid course schedule. The total required training hours for individuals is 40 hours. |

Application Criteria Pre-requisite for the Assisted Living Manager Training program is to have a valid form of ID, a copy of your Social Security card, an Arizona Caregiver Certificate obtained after August 2013 (unless you are licensed in Arizona as an MD, DO, RN, LPN, or Arizona Nursing Care Institution Administrator), a valid fingerprint clearance card, and a CPR/First Aid Card.
