CONTINUING EDUCATION
Continuing education credit for human resource professionals (HRCI), nursing home administrators, and assisted living managers (NCIA) will be available. Participants must stay for the entire session to receive credit.
Administrators and Assisted Living Managers (NCIA): The event have been applied and/or approved for 6 hour of continuing education for Administrators and Assisted Living Managers.
Human Resources (HRCI): The event have been applied and/or approved for 6 hour of continuing education for human resource professionals.

Participants may register for each session individually or register a group or for multiple eligible in-person educational events at a discounted rate.

GROUP PRICING
4 or more staff from one location - 10% off OR
One person for three of the in-person educational events - 15%
Registrations are fully transferable. Transfers must be submitted via email Kelsie Lane no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
A full refund will be given to all cancellations received 10 or more business days prior to the program.
A $25 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations received six to nine business days prior to the program.
No refunds will be given to cancellations received five or fewer business days prior to the program.
Arizona LeadingAge reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment in which case pre-registered participants will be notified and full refunds provided.
No-shows will be billed. No refunds for failure to log-in at the time of the event.
