CONTINUING EDUCATION
- Continuing education credit for social workers (NASW),nursing home administrators and assisted living managers (NCIA) will be available. Participants must stay for the entire session to receive credit.
- Administrators and Assisted Living Managers (NCIA): The event has been applied and/or approved for 6 hours of continuing education for Administrators and Assisted Living Managers.
- Social Workers: The event has been applied and/or approved for 6 hours of continuing education for Social Workers.
- Participants may register for each session individually or register a group or for multiple eligible in-person educational events at a discounted rate.

- Arizona LeadingAge Members: $200
- Non-Members: $275
- GROUP PRICING
- 4 or more staff from one location - 10% off OR
- One person for three of the in-person educational events - 15%

Transfers, Cancellations, & No-shows
- Registrations are fully transferable. Transfers must be submitted via email Kelsie Lane no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
- A full refund will be given to all cancellations received 10 or more business days prior to the program.
- A $25 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations received six to nine business days prior to the program.
- No refunds will be given to cancellations received five or fewer business days prior to the program.
- Arizona LeadingAge reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment in which case pre-registered participants will be notified and full refunds provided.
- No-shows will be billed. No refunds for failure to log-in at the time of the event.
