Participants will also have opportunities to participate in interactive discussions and skill-building activities that reinforce learning and apply essential leadership concepts to real-world situations.
  • PART TWO: The Art of Science of Employee Coaching
    • Is a 3-webinar interactive series designed to equip individuals with practical knowledge and skills necessary for effective employee coaching. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and virtual role-playing exercises, participants will better understand employee coaching principles and practices and enhance their coaching skills.
  • PART THREE: Building a Culture of Exceptional Customer Service
    • Is a 3-webinar interactive series designed to equip individuals with the tools and knowledge to develop a culture of exceptional customer service. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises, participants will develop a deeper understanding of customer service principles, learn how to apply them professionally, and be prepared to impact their organization positively.

TARGET AUDIENCE

  • Post-acute healthcare professionals and staff, including but not limited to assisted living, skilled nursing, senior housing, and home health agencies. Interested individuals would include administrators, executive directors, department leaders and directors, nurses, social services, and more.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

  • Continuing education credit for nursing home administrators, and assisted living managers (NCIA) will be available. Participants must stay for the entire session to receive credit.
  • Administrators and Assisted Living Managers (NCIA): The event have been applied and/or approved for 9-hours of continuing education for Administrators and Assisted Living Managers.
