    • Refund of booth fee payment minus a $100 administration fee* 

April 15 through April 30, 2024

    • Refund of booth fee payment minus an administration fee of 10% of booth fee*
After April 30, 2024
    • NO refunds*

* To avoid cancellation fees, or forfeiting payment; exhibitors may have the option for AzLA to hold the full booth payment as a reservation for the 2024 Expo Hall.
