    • Refund of booth fee payment minus a $250 administration fee* 

April 18 through May 2, 2025

    • Refund of booth fee payment minus an administration fee of 10% of booth fee*
After May 2, 2025
    • NO refunds*

* To avoid cancellation fees, or forfeiting payment; exhibitors may have the option for AzLA to hold the full booth payment as a reservation for the 2025 Expo Hall.
