  Host Facility

  Agreement between Arizona LeadingAge and the Host Facility Member.

  Arizona LeadingAge will ensure/maintain the following:

  • Supervision and evaluation of the training program
  • Only qualified instructors
  • Distribution of written policies and procedures to each student on or before the first day of the program
  • Assisted living caregiver training curriculum
  • Student registration and files

  The "Host Facility" Member shall provide at least one qualified instructor, and provide the physical training site for the skilled training of each caregiver trainee.

  Arizona LeadingAge, in partnership with Nevvon, is offering a 41 hours of the 62 hour caregiver training program on through the Nevvon training program.

  Each online module will be completed at the students pace with competency quizzes at the end of each module.

  Arizona LeadingAge, is offering 4 hours of the 16 hour bridge program online through Podia.

  Each online module will be completed at the students pace with competency quizzes at the end of each module.

  Successful students will then be able to register for the in-person class scheduled once a month.

  After successful completion of the online and in-person training students are eligible to take the Arizona Caregiver Exam for state certification.
